PLANNED AND AVAILABLE PUPPIES
I hope this page answer's some of the questions you might have. There are also details below of any
available puppies and planned litters for the coming few months.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have via the contact us page.
All our puppies are kennel club registered where possible (We provide copies for doodle breeds All parents are kc reg)
and come with 5 generation pedigree, kc forms, 6 weeks free insurance,
worming record, full after care information sheets, we always do a scent blanket from the pups Mum for them to take to
there new homes and puppy packs( food, house training/setteling tips etc).
We always keep a list of enquiries regarding litters and
keep prospective owners up to date with the progress of the pregnancy.
When the litter is born we then contact everyone on the enquiries list and start to arrange viewings of the litter from
when the puppies are 3 weeks old. We also up date the website with pictures of the litter and individual pictures of
the puppies.

As the puppies are 8 weeks they are then ready for there new homes and you are more than welcome to
come and collect them anytime. We sometimes have puppies available at 8 weeks ready to go but generally most of the
litter are reserved before they are 8 weeks.

We take a lot of pride in breeding and raising the best puppies we can and as soon as they are old enough we always try
and do as much as possible with them. Take them on small car journeys on the school run, have little trips out in the
paddock to meet the chickens and next doors sheep the cats and our older dogs. A puppy needs to be fully vaccinated
(12 weeks old) before they can walk out in public areas but they can be carried to see and do as much as possible from
the age of 6-12 weeks the more people they meet and things they see the better.

Hip scoring I go on and on about this but it is so important and in most cases unbelievably easy to do. Its just an x-ray for the hip scoring at 1 year old
if you are looking for any breed of puppy check what health tests the breed needs and make sure the puppies parents have had them. If a breeder
does not even make the effort to do the basic tests you have to wonder how much thought has gone into the litter and there well being.

With Poodle cross breeds even though its a new gene pool altogether crossing 2 breeds. If the breeds are prone to any health issues parents should
be tested it is just as important and you often find like with all Retriever breeds (Labrador/Golden Retrievers etc) they are prone to Hip  Dysplasia as
are Standard poodle's so its very important that both parents are hip scored. Miniature Poodles should be Bva eye tested clear and preferably also
DNA tested clear for pra.

Various health testing is developing all the time and with DNA type testing becoming available not only can we check that a dog does not have a
certain disease the breed is prone to but we can also make sure the don't even carry the gene. Meaning there is no chance any offspring they
produce will ever suffer from these problems which i think is an amazing development. Its much more expensive than the basic tests but i truly feel its
the way forward. We have started our DNA testing late 2009 and hope to complete the testing of all our dogs by the end of 2011.

Details of the testing for each breeds on there individual page and details of parents tests are written on each litter details.
